The Acreage build sequence starts with us: open the lot, keep the pines you want shading the house, grind the rest into a mulch layer that controls the sand. Then the footprint gets its stumps pulled, the pad gets its fill and leveling, and the drive gets millings or base rock so trucks stop burying themselves in sugar sand.
