Almost every PSL property is a platted lot with neighbors on two or three sides. When the edges grow shut, problems start. Fences get swallowed, survey stakes disappear, and nobody knows where one lot ends and the next begins. A sale, a new fence or a pool build raises the question at the worst time.
Clearing the line answers it. We cut a clean corridor along the boundary, on your side or both sides where access allows. Posts, wire and corners come back into view. A surveyor can then run the line in a fraction of the time.
The mulcher cuts a corridor six to eight feet wide, or wider where a fence crew needs room. Brush, palmetto and pepper up to about five inches thick grind into chips where they stand. Heavy vine gets cut off the wire instead of ripped through it.
Nothing goes to the curb, which matters here. The city treats vegetation piled on the right of way as illegal dumping. Mulching leaves the material as a chip layer on your own ground. If a new fence is the plan, post hole drilling can follow down the cleared corridor on the same visit.
